Based on a confirmed reservation from one of Hermin Rent a Car representatives, you will be met at the airport with a sign bearing our company name “Hermin Grup”.
The guarantee varies from car to car as it is set equal to the insurance franchise value. Cars can also be rented without a guarantee under certain conditions.
There are several situations where the guarantee can be retained, including:
- Damages to the car during the rental period.
- Returning the car without fuel.
- Using the rental car for purposes other than those specified in the contract (subleasing, transporting prohibited substances, illegal purposes, etc.).
During the rental period, you have the following insurances included:
- Auto Civil Liability Insurance (RCA – mandatory insurance).
- Full casco insurance with franchise (the franchise varies depending on the rented car). If you meet the conditions for rental without a guarantee, you will have insurance included without a franchise.
During the rental period, you have 24/7 technical assistance. In case of defects with the rental car, contact us by phone to find a solution as quickly as possible.
In case of an accident, notify a Hermin Rent a Car representative by phone.
- For accidents without victims between two cars, an amicable report will be made, and we will need copies of the other party’s documents (ID, driver’s license, registration certificate, and insurance).
- For accidents with victims or involving more than two cars, the police must be notified.
