Based on a confirmed reservation from one of Hermin Rent a Car representatives, you will be met at the airport with a sign bearing our company name “Hermin Grup”.

The guarantee varies from car to car as it is set equal to the insurance franchise value. Cars can also be rented without a guarantee under certain conditions.

There are several situations where the guarantee can be retained, including:
  1. Damages to the car during the rental period.
  2. Returning the car without fuel.
  3. Using the rental car for purposes other than those specified in the contract (subleasing, transporting prohibited substances, illegal purposes, etc.).

During the rental period, you have the following insurances included:
  1. Auto Civil Liability Insurance (RCA – mandatory insurance).
  2. Full casco insurance with franchise (the franchise varies depending on the rented car). If you meet the conditions for rental without a guarantee, you will have insurance included without a franchise.

During the rental period, you have 24/7 technical assistance. In case of defects with the rental car, contact us by phone to find a solution as quickly as possible.

In case of an accident, notify a Hermin Rent a Car representative by phone.
  1. For accidents without victims between two cars, an amicable report will be made, and we will need copies of the other party’s documents (ID, driver’s license, registration certificate, and insurance).
  2. For accidents with victims or involving more than two cars, the police must be notified.
